The factory was founded in 1974 . In 2003, October was bought by a big holding - ROSCA-GRUP - and became:

          The factory is located 200 km in north direction from Bucharest, near the Europen road E85. The entire area is 55.000 mp and the buildings have about 25.700 mp .
          We have also industrial railway access and our own railway engine and two tank waggons.
          The production capacity is about 1.000 tones/month, 12.000 tones/year.
          The total number of the permanent employs is 90 persons:
                    - 10% TESA personnel;
                    - the rest of them are high qualification workers.
          Periodically the workers are making improving courses.
          UNIPLASR-R is in the process to obtain ISO 9001 certificate.
          We are working in conformity with the European laws and we are not polluting the environment in contrary, we are recovering and reciclyng the plastic materials refuses.
          We are making also exports in Germany, Italy, Holland, France, Belgium, Russia. The main export products are: HDPE rolled sacks with polypropylene wire, HDPE, LDPE satchels and alimentary bags.
          We are now in the process of improving the activity.
          We want to buy some new machines, we will repair the old machines, we want to rearrange the technological flux and so on.
